From enquiry to clinical use
IRIS coordinates import preparation, installation, commissioning, training and technical support for the equipment it supplies.
Services- 01Technical support and servicing
Maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of the equipment supplied. Where work is not carried out by us, the request passes to the manufacturer and we follow it through to closure.

Installation on site, connection to existing infrastructure, functional testing and handover of equipment ready for use.
- 03Training for clinical staff
We train the doctors, nurses, embryologists and laboratory staff, at their place of work and on the equipment itself.
- 04Regulatory and import handling
Handling the regulatory and import procedures for the products supplied, through to delivery at the institution.
